We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our distribution center operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. A college degree is not required for this position; we value practical experience and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and supervise all warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

· Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.

· Ensure a safe and clean working environment in compliance with all company policies and regulations.

· Optimize warehouse layout and equipment to maximize efficiency and productivity.

· Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

· Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.

· Develop and manage the warehouse budget.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.

· Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, and supply chain management.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.

· Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

· High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)

· Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time

· Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
