Order Selector | Mid Shift

Verstela is hiring Order Selectors for a mid-shift position in Lebanon, TN. This full-time, temp-to-hire role is perfect for candidates with warehouse experience who want to pick, assemble, and transport products while maintaining accuracy and safety. Order Selector Duties:

• Operate forklifts, including stand-up forklifts and order pickers
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
• Receive, pick, and transport products throughout the warehouse according to company standards
• Stack, palletize, tote, and store products safely and efficiently
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records through proper documentation
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety protocols (including proper PPE use and equipment checks)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Order Selector Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience; able to follow all safety protocols
• High attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. frequently
• Comfortable with environmental conditions such as heat, cold, noise, and dust
• Comfortable working at heights
