Warehouse Supervisor
Location: East Windsor, NJ
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Salary: $70K-$80K + bonus DOE

Growing Pharmaceutical distribution company located in East Windsor, NJ is in need of a Warehouse Supervisor to join the team!

This position involves supervising the daily work and safety of warehouse associates engaged in multiple functional areas like receiving, storing, inventory control, pick & pack, serialization and shipping finished products from the warehouse to our customers.

Duties:

• Make appropriate improvements to department processes and procedures.
• Participate with the warehouse managers in the hiring of skilled warehouse associates.
• Give consistent and thorough feedback to Warehouse associates, conduct timely Performance Appraisals, and deliver disciplinary action if necessary.
• Understand and effectively communicate company policies to ensure compliance and consistent administration.
• Read, understand, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports; use these reports to evaluate department’s performance.
• Compute figures to accurately plan/adjust headcount to meet department’s objectives.
• Foster communication and teamwork among staff to ensure accomplishment of operational goals.
• Participates in special projects and individual functional areas as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year accredited college or university with a Major in Life Sciences or Pharmacy or equivalent OR equivalent relevant work experience
• Relevant warehouse supervisory experience
