Location: Pataskala, Ohio
Pay Range: $25-35/hr. (based on experience).

Monday – Friday, 1 st Shift.
40hrs/wk. (ability to work overtime, when needed)

The Window & Door Installer is responsible for the installation and warranty service for window and door products.  The Installer works under the general direction of the Window & Door Department Supervisor.

Day to Day:

• Analyzes jobsite prior to beginning a job to ensure that quality installation/repairs can be done.
• Repairs assigned warranty products using the appropriate tools.
• Inspect window and/or door for defects prior to installation
• Track and monitor inventory supplies monthly
• Position may require pushing, lifting, carrying and moving material in excess of 100 lbs.
• Create and support a safe work environment.

• Ensure that customers are treated respectfully.
• React to problems and customer complaints in a patient and understanding manner.

Skill Set:

• 1+ years of previous experience installing and repairing windows and doors is required.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and tools
• Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work under time constraints
• Possess strong math skills
• Ability to follow directions both written and verbal
• Ability to climb ladders up to 32'
