Job Title – Wireless / Microwave Specialist

Location – Midland, TX (Onsite / Field-based)

Role Type – Direct Hire

Must Have Skills :

• 3–5 years of experience with wireless and microwave communications systems
• Strong hands-on skills installing, configuring, and troubleshooting microwave links and networks
• Ability to manage small project teams and multiple jobs simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail; able to complete accurate field reports

Responsibilities and Job Details :

• Lead installation, configuration, and testing of wireless and microwave communication systems
• Independently manage multiple field projects from kickoff through completion
• Supervise and collaborate with 2–3 field techs per project
• Conduct field diagnostics and troubleshoot connectivity or performance issues
• Document project progress and technical details accurately in field reports
• Work at elevated heights using man baskets and platforms (limited tower climbing)
• Engage directly with industrial clients to ensure successful project execution
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to job site protocols at all times
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve processes
• Operate company-provided vehicles, tools, and equipment on job sites
• Start workdays at 7:00 AM; full-time schedule with guaranteed 40 hours/week plus OT availability
• Support a growing team in a high-impact, field-driven environment
