Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Project Consultant to support a series of upcoming payroll-related initiatives.
This consultant will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient implementation of configuration updates and structural changes across our payroll system.
The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in ADP WFN, particularly in payroll setup, configuration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support configuration and implementation of a new salary non-exempt payroll type.
Update overtime calculation rules to align with revised business requirements.
Assist with mergers of two U.S. entities, including the seamless transfer of approximately 600 employees from two separate paycodes into the main paycode.
Support the creation and configuration of two new entity paycodes in the system.
Execute a PTO configuration update, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policy.
Collaborate with internal payroll, PX, and project management teams to gather requirements and ensure proper documentation and testing.
Provide guidance on ADP WFN best practices and troubleshoot system issues as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as an ADP WFN Consultant, with a strong focus on Payroll and Configuration.
Prior involvement in complex payroll projects, such as paycode creation, mergers, and system integrations.
Strong understanding of U.S. payroll laws and compliance.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
