JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support to the sales team as a Technical Support Expert (SME).
• Sales support may involve occasional travel to client site (10-20%) - minimal international travel may be required.
• Development and integration of special processes and repair processes
• Develop customized component repair solutions for clients and manufacture these products competitively

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years" experience, preferably in Aerospace
• Aero/Land Turbine repair process knowledge
• Shop experience in aircraft or power generation component repair facility
• Special Process development experience
• Turbine engine special process experience (braze, plasma spray or welding) gas turbine (will consider other gas turbine experience - siemens or GE Vernova)
• Brazing, Plasma or Thermal Spray experience is highly preferred, however, candidates with extensive welding knowledge may be considered.
• Experience working with SolidWorks (all the drawings are typically done by co-ops but this role may do final sign off on drawings.)
• Engineering degree or equivalent or 10+ years of equivalent shop experience
• Customer friendly, ability to listen and respond to customer needs (written and verbally)
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Team oriented
