Looking for a bilingual enthusiastic, energetic Front Desk Dental Receptionist that enjoys working with patients from all ages, use proper etiquette when communicating through phone/email/text.
Confirm and schedule appointments, verify all completed patient paperwork and enter accurately in computer, perform insurance verification, collect co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance and past due balances, provide excellent customer service.
This position requires multitasking, great communication skills, flexibility with responsibilities, and a contribution to office success, good computer skills.
