They are currently seeking three highly organized and detail-oriented Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Specialists to support the execution of product launches and pricing strategies. This is a hybrid opportunity based in either Colorado or Oregon, offering a balance of onsite collaboration and remote flexibility. Ideal for professionals with strong Salesforce and sales operations experience, this role provides an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact on cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.

4. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Manage end-to-end SKU processes by interpreting product requirements, completing setup documentation, and coordinating approvals with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor the lifecycle of SKU requests and ensure accurate implementation of pricing, promo codes, and discount schedules across systems.
• Maintain data accuracy through comprehensive testing and validation in Salesforce and other platforms, resolving discrepancies as they arise.
• Update and manage product-related content within the content management system to ensure accurate descriptions and details.
• Serve as a point of contact for store support, handling technical inquiries and ensuring timely resolution.

5. Here’s what our ideal candidate has:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales support or operations within a customer-facing environment.
• Proven proficiency in Salesforce CRM, with hands-on experience managing product and pricing data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct data inconsistencies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across marketing, product, and revenue teams.
• A degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
