Position Overview: Data Entry Specialist

Location: Onsite in Lexington, KY

Training Schedule: 6-10 weeks, Monday-Friday 10:30 AM-7:00 PM

Production Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay: $15.00/hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please consider this when applying.

Post Training Pay: ABC Piece Rate

Your Role:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will enhance workflow by providing document review and data entry support. Your contributions will directly support the organization and improve its operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, and scanning.
• Receive and process documents in both electronic and hard copy formats accurately.
• Follow internal guidelines to ensure thorough document processing and identify any information gaps.
• Classify documents and their purposes to build a comprehensive information database.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without a visa transfer or sponsorship.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM on a computer.
• Proficient with IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong attention to detail in all tasks performed.

Along with base pay, this position may also be eligible for bonuses based on business needs. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600-$33,250.
