About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager who can keep our busy, multi-provider office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high call-volume environment. Your leadership will be key to maintaining our office’s efficiency and delivering a seamless experience for our patients.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily office operations and scheduling
Coordinate patient communication via phone, email, and text
Manage dental check-in/check-out procedures, insurance verification, co-pays, and pre-determinations
Provide strong administrative support using tools like Google Drive, Weave, Flex, and Clover
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and protect patient confidentiality
Support a team-oriented environment while keeping workflow on track
What We’re Looking For
Proven managerial experience in a dental office setting
Proficiency with dental office systems (Open Dental preferred; Dentrix, Epic, Invisalign, Glidewell, iTero, etc. a plus)
Expertise in scheduling, calendar management, and front desk duties
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
