Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential clients to sell advertising space in our direct mail program.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
Develop and present advertising solutions that align with clients marketing goals.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales effectively.
Meet and exceed sales targets by continuously prospecting and following up on leads.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
