Event Set-Up Laborer

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $22 - $22 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Event Laborer:

What You’ll Be Doing as an Event Laborer:

• Assist with the set-up and teardown of tents, stages, seating areas, and event infrastructure
• Help assemble and position equipment, rigging, lighting, and décor as directed by event supervisors
• Unload and load trucks, move materials, and handle tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain site organization and cleanliness during setup and breakdown
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
• Support the event crew in creating a safe, smooth, and world-class experience for guests

Available Shifts:

All shifts available — including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

Job Requirements:

• Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job site (public transportation is available)
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a fast-paced team
