Events Planner

Duties/Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and attend seminars, webinars, and client events in and around Fort Worth
• Manage event logistics including registration, confirmations, and post-event follow-up
• Introduce speakers, engage attendees, and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Capture event photos and videos for social media and marketing content
• Promote events online, post ads, and track engagement results
• Maintain CRM records, event data, and track performance metrics weekly
• Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or marketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
• Outgoing and client-focused demeanor with professional presentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM software, and social media platforms/channels
• Availability for evening and occasional weekend events

Schedule: Part-time | Tuesdays & Thursdays 4-9 PM, Fridays 11-5 PM | 2 weekends per year
