The Come and See Foundation is dedicated to supporting and expanding the global reach of The Chosen, the first-ever multi-season television series about the life of Jesus Christ. The Executive Assistant (EA) will serve as the CEOs right hand, ensuring that their time, communication, and schedule are managed effectively. This role provides high-level administrative support and logistical coordination, allowing the CEO to focus on leadership, ministry, and global media initiatives. The EA will be the gatekeeper of the CEOs time, a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, and an organizer of critical priorities.

Responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management

  • Manage the CEOs daily schedule, travel arrangements, and priority engagements
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them
  • Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all meetings, speaking engagements, and media appearances

Communication & Correspondence

  • Draft, edit, and review emails, memos, presentations, and talking points
  • Monitor the CEOs inbox, flagging urgent items and responding on their behalf when necessary
  • Assist in preparing for media interviews, podcasts, and ministry-related content

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Maintain and update a CRM system for key donors, ministry partners, and organizational contacts
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the CEO and high-profile partners, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Support CEOs engagement with the board, executive leaders, ministry partners, and donors

Event & Media Support

  • Assist in planning logistics for CEO-led meetings, retreats, and speaking engagements
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate content production, social media appearances, and media schedules
  • Ensure seamless execution of CEOs public engagements and strategic initiatives

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in tech tools and platforms including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, social media platforms, Google suite, Slack, Asana, Monday, Digital Asset Management Platforms, and proficient in AI tools like ChatGPT. Knowledgeable in both PC and Apple operating systems.
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management.
  • Experience working in media, ministry, nonprofit leadership, or high-level corporate environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail.

Education and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in executive support and administration.

Location

This role will be based in Northwest Arkansas and will be required to work in the office in Siloam Springs when the CEO is in town. There will be a remote option when the CEO is on travel.

  • Working Conditions: Office setting with a forty-hour (+) workweek. This role will be based in Northwest Arkansas and will be required to work in the office in Siloam Springs when the CEO is in town. There will be a remote option when the CEO is on travel .
  • Physical Demands: Frequent sitting and use of standard office equipment. Has the ability to lift approximately 15-20 pounds. The ability to hear to take phone calls as well as to clearly communicate verbally.
