Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Broadder based in New Jersey. The Mortgage Broadder will be responsible for consulting with clients to identify financing needs, structuring financial solutions, and managing the loan origination process. Day‑to‑day tasks include evaluating client financial data, marketing mortgage services, coordinating brokerage activities, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. This role will involve collaboration with clients, underwriters, and other professionals to deliver seamless lending solutions.
