Motion Graphics Designer

What you’ll be doing:

• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, TV spots, social content, and more, tailored to a variety of styles and industries
• Collaborate with the Creative Team to craft concepts, storyboards, and style frames that elevate the storytelling and meet client goals
• Execute and revise motion content based on feedback, delivering polished assets across multiple media platforms
• Keep projects on track by managing timelines, organizing assets, and hitting internal deadlines in coordination with Creative Directors and Account Managers
• Stay current with tools and trends in motion design, continuously improving your craft and applying new techniques to future projects

Who we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of equivalent experience in motion design or a related creative field
• Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and either Premiere or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced agency setting
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a passion for storytelling through animation
• Bonus: Experience with 3D motion tools like Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus, but not required

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
