Our B.L.U.E. (Build, Learn, Understand, Enrich) Summer Internship Program is purposefully designed to inspire your imagination and help you guide your career with purpose. You’ll be an integral part of McKinstry with hands-on experience, mentorship and a healthy dose of fun.

Sales Proposal Interns are responsible for:
- Help provide administrative support for opportunity development
- Search for relevant RFx opportunities
- Download, organize, and internally distribute solicitation materials
- Create Edo response outlines compliant with RFx requirements
- Help project manage response tasks and assignments

Requirements:

What we look for in our Sales Proposal Interns:
- College standing of Junior or above with availability in Summer 2025 (May/June start until August/September)
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, written and verbal communication and analytical skills
- Collaborative, positive, and curious mindset
- Must be 18 years or older
- Applicants must possess current US Work Authorization and not require employer-sponsored VISA support
- Pre-employment drug and alcohol test, background and reference checks required
