Growing Manufacturing company located in Central NJ has immediate need for a Senior Accountant. This role is a new headcount and will be part of a tenured team.

Responsibilities to include:

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial entries in accordance with GAAP.
• Oversee the general ledger postings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all accounting records.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
• Supplement international accounting team for posting and reconciliations.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls over financial transactions and reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits; prepare necessary documentation and respond to inquiries.
• Support tax preparation and filing, working closely with external tax advisors.
• Oversee daily cash operations, assist with cash flow forecasting, and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.

The Senior Accountant should have a degree in Accounting and prior experience working in public accounting. CPA or MBA +++ Salary in the 100-110k range plus bonus.
