As a Virtual Web Developer Assistant, you will collaborate with our Digital Coordinator to build, maintain, and optimize our WordPress-based website and integrate CRM workflows that drive lead capture, patient engagement, and retention. You’ll assist with site updates, plugin configurations, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting technical issues—all the while ensuring brand consistency and best-practice UX/UI standards.
• WordPress Development & Maintenance:
- Implement theme customizations, page templates, and responsive design updates.
- Install, configure, and update plugins (SEO, security, performance, forms).
- Troubleshoot cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and site errors.
• CRM Integration & Automation:
- Work on GoHighLevel CRM setup: form embedding, webhook configuration, pipeline mapping, funnel creation, drip campaigns, lead nurturing, etc.
- Create email/SMS automation workflows, tagging logic, and contact
segmentation.
- Monitor lead flows, troubleshoot broken automations, and implement fixes.
• Content & SEO Support:
- Optimize on-page SEO (meta/google/campaign tags, headings, alt text) and site speed (caching, minification).
- Upload and format new content (blogs, service pages, landing pages).
- Ensure images are optimized for web (compression, alt attributes).
- Create, manage, and maintain website text revision, keywords implementations, picture captions, inbound and outbound links.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Create objective analytics using platforms like google analytics. Analyze performance and suggest actionable strategies to enhance content and SEO
effectiveness
- Track site uptime, page-load performance, and error logs using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Generate monthly reports on website traffic, conversion rates, and CRM metrics.
- Proactively recommend improvements to UX/UI and backend processes.
• Collaboration & Documentation:
- Maintain clear documentation of site architecture, plugin configurations, and deployment processes.
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and sprint planning.
- Support ad-hoc digital projects (A/B tests, landing-page builds, chatbot integration).
