In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for prospective and current residents while supporting the daily operations of the leasing office. Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Conduct property tours that highlight the features and benefits of available units.
• Clearly explain leasing terms and guide applicants through the lease application process.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to encourage property visits and applications.
• Provide support during move-ins, lease renewals, and other resident-related activities.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Address connectivity issues and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with inquiries and provide solutions.
• Manage email correspondence to respond to resident and applicant questions promptly.• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Highly organized with the ability to follow up and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Proficiency in handling multi-browser tasks and navigating online systems.
• Ability to resolve connectivity-related issues and provide technical support.
• Comfortable managing inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with email correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
• Sales skills that contribute to meeting leasing goals and objectives.
