Located in South-Lexington (off BlueSky Parkway), with great proximity to Interstate 75, Tri Five LLC is a 100% Employee-Owned contract screen printing company. With approximately 65 employees in total, we hire candidates for a variety of positions, both skilled and entry-level. Tri Five LLC makes every effort to promote from within. We’re currently hiring for:
Day Shift: 7:30am – 4pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime* $14/hour
*Overtime varies, our busy season is typically Spring/Summer.

Duties Include (but not limited to):

• Verify that the PO/PDF matches the box/garments that it is paired with.
• Complete Proof Approval process.
• Catch garments as they come off the dryer belt, at varying paces.
• Counts, confirms, and sorts garments in size order.
• Completes quality control check by verifying the art and print quality.
• Use Textile Cleaning Gun to spot clean garments, when needed.
• Notify the team (or management when applicable) of any printing or quality issues.
• Neatly stack garments to be sent to Finishing department/Shipping/Customer Pick-up.
• Completing count sheet (paperwork).
• Preparing labels.
• Weighing boxes.
• Email misprint information using iPad/tablet device.
• Assist with other production related during downtime.
• Assist in training new Quality Control Catchers as needed.
• Ensure the work area is clean.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to perform the essential functions in the work environment (outlined and defined above).
• Ability to identify and distinguish colors.
• Must possess a keen eye for detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime.

Work Environment

Most areas of our facility are not temperature-controlled and can be excessively hot/cold at times depending on the outside temperature. We operate out of three buildings, and going back and forth between these buildings is probable. During these occasions, there is exposure to the elements. There are fumes from inks and other industry-related chemicals. Proper PPE is available. There are some loud noises, but not excessively loud. Automatic, moving machines are present in various departments.
