Structural Engineer
Position Overview Are you ready to take your structural engineering career to the next level? Whether you're just getting started or bringing a decade of experience to the table, we're looking for a Structural Engineer who's passionate about design, detail, and delivering projects that make a real impact.
What You'll Do: You'll work on a variety of building types-low-rise commercial, residential, healthcare, and institutional facilities. Your work will include:
- Designing with concrete, steel, masonry, and wood
- Slab, floor system, column, wall, and foundation design
- Performing lateral analysis and structural detailing
- Coordinating with our CAD/BIM team and other disciplines
- Responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, and attending project meetings
- Conducting site visits and observations
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Structural or Architectural Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD (Revit Structure is a plus)
- Experience with RAM, TEDDS, RISA, ADAPT, or similar design software
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
