From new developments and construction to theme parks, restaurants, events, and general news, we cover it all. Additionally, we have a real estate division that highlights different neighborhoods and homes for sale throughout Orlando.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative Videographer & Video Editor to join our in-house team. This role is primarily focused on editing YouTube Live content into engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You'll also play a key role in developing fresh content ideas that don’t require on-camera talent while ensuring videos are polished, visually engaging, and optimized for social media.

While the majority of this role involves editing (about 80%), there will be occasional opportunities for videography in the field (20%), capturing events, developments, and real estate content. From time to time, you'll also work on long-form content for YouTube, ensuring our storytelling remains compelling across all formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content from YouTube Lives into highly engaging clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Occasionally edit and produce long-form video content for YouTube.
• Develop and execute creative content ideas that don’t require on-camera talent while keeping engagement and social media trends in mind.
• Utilize motion graphics, animation, and text overlays to enhance storytelling and create polished, professional videos.
• Shoot video content as needed, including field work covering Orlando-based events, real estate developments, and community highlights .
• Stay ahead of social media trends and video best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
• Maintain an organized workflow, including managing video assets and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Basic Knowledge in motion graphics, animation, and text overlays (After Effects or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of short-form content creation for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Basic videography skills , including camera operation, lighting, and composition.
• Ability to develop creative video concepts independently and execute them effectively.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement in video content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay organized.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have but Not Required)

• Experience conducting interviews on-camera.
• Background in photography.
• Familiarity with Orlando’s local scene , including its developments, attractions, and culture.
• Experience using AI to speed up workflow , come up with ideas, and assist you in content creation. (We’re not looking for AI videos, just using AI as an assistant in your workflow)
